CONSIDERING the decree law of 25 September 2009, n.134, converted with amendments by Law
November 24, 2009, number 167, with particular reference to Article.
1 cc. 2-3-4;
VISA Decree No 82, September 29, 2009, in implementation of Article
1, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Decree Law of 25 September 2009, n.134, with whom
were laid down provisions for the establishment of priority lists
aimed at recognition of the highest priority in the allocation of
substitutions conferred by the School Administrator of the rankings

CONSIDERING the need to enact provisions to reinstate the priority lists for use by
In school year 2010-2011 in virtue of the said Decree 194/2009 converted
with L 25/10;
FOR THE REASONS expressed in the introduction,
DECREED
Article 1
Staff Recipient
1) Under Article. C. 1 2 of Law No 167, November 24, 2009, whose provisions were
renewed for 2010-2011 as art. 7 c. 4b of February 26, 2010 No L 25,
teacher and educational personnel, contained in its own right In school year 2010-2011 in the lists provided for in Article

Article 2

How to use the lists - Acceptance and disclaimers.

with the procedures specified in this Decree, unless otherwise provided for individual
Conventions.
6) Those who are engaged in the kindergarten or primary supply teachers
lasting up to 10 days, governed by. 5, paragraph 6 and art. 7, paragraph 7 of the Regulation on the provision of supply teachers
adopted by Ministerial Decree 131/07, retain the right to be consulted
for supply exceeding
Article 6 Validity

The provisions of this decree shall apply from the date distribution lists.
Although not specifically covered by this Decree, the provisions referred to
DM June 27, 2007, No 131st to DM 13 December 2000, n. 430, with which they were adopted
respectively, Regulations for the provision of supply teachers for teaching staff and the staff
ATA.
